Colors in pictures on website differ from real colors.
I had to return my carpet for that reason.
It would be helpful if description includes carpet colors accurately. service is good.

It is difficult to give an exact color description as there are literally thousands of different colors that can be found in a handmade carpet. I feel for "seconds" which was reflected in the price, the rugs being a little mishapen didnt really matter, they are beautiful. Do I get a discount now?

I`d like look for my carpet by material it is made: wool, silk etc., on home page there was not such a possibility.

I do a lot of internet shopping and your website is easy to navigate and the quality of rug was as expected, if not better. Customer service quelled any fears I had, in case it wasn't "just right" assuring me that £14 would cover any return; which, as I said was unnecessary. Would purchase again if I had any more rooms needing rugs.
