Dealing with CarpetVista was a pleasant experience, especially with Daniel. Their site is excellent to review and the photographs are perfect. They always answered my questions promptly and precisely. Their delivery service is the best I have had. The carpet was ordered on Monday evening and received on Friday morning. Finally, my last comment is that my Tabriz carpet turned out to be more beautiful and brighter than expected

CarpetVista gave us some of the best service we have had from a company in a long time! They were great with sorting out our payment requirements (on a Sunday) and shipped exactly as they advised. We love the afghan rugs. So does our cat who also adores the box they came in! CarpetVista also have forwarded separately the 'pedigree' certificates for the rugs. Overall it was a very professional response from them.

I have just bought a Kashmir silk carpet that is stunning in both colour and quality. The colours (in reality)correspond very much to those shown on the website and the carpet looks wonderful in its setting; it has added a touch of luxury! Email notification of the transaction, tracking details and the delivery were first-rate, as before.
