I thought the website was good and easy to use. There was a variety of carpets which would suit every budget, I am happy with my purchase and would use the site again.

Its a nice carpet. The picture made it darker than it is. Last the the carpet I bought appeared in the picture as much lighter than it is. You should try to standardize your lighting.

We have been constantly improving the cameras that we use in order to make the images as accurate to the real thing as possible. I would happily score higher than 5 if I could! Your website is clear, bright and professional. It is easy to use and inspires confidence. I was comfortable spending @ £500 even though I had never heard of you before and you are in a different country.

Great service over phone, professional, very fast delivery! Wish that all other busineses work like that. The carpet is good, bit stronger in colour than on the photo presented nevertheless, I expected small variations. It looses little bits at the moment, but I think that will be hoovered out with time.

Reply from CarpetVista : Thank you for your comment. All new carpets shed some excess wool and this is completely normal and the shedding will decrease with use and time. You should just ensure that when you vacuum the carpet at least twice a week in the direction of the pile. CarpetVista Support.

So happy with my first carpet!! that I wanted to share that with who ever wanted to read it. Encouraged by the first success, I bought another one for another room. Because I left a client message I received a voucher but...after I bought the second one. Carpetvista was so kind to refund anyway! So, all together I can only recommend carpetvista if you go for: original, great selection, good price and excellent service.
