I have a "wish" regarding your website.
It would be really great to be able to refine search results, eg. check-boxes to exclude certain types of item. The searches return an enormous number of results, which takes forever to search through, and is very, very time-consuming.
Apart from that, I'm very happy with the website.

This was my 4 th carpet from your company in short time. Shopping from your pages is easy. IMPORTANT- is, that the colors are closest possible of the final. In the beginning, it was more difficult to know, how the colors are, but now I have learnt a bit more. Please NOTE- fringes should be about 3-3,5 cm. Now in all my this price level of carpets fringes are 1,5-2 cm. I find them a bit too SHORT. Thats the first area in the carpet, that becomes worn out. When having a bit longer fringes, one can cut later. With very short fringes the both ends of carpet will get open

The length of the fringes of a carpet are determined by the weaver and will also depend on the type of carpet and technique used in weaving the carpet. It is therefore not easy to control or determine how long the fringes will be on a carpet. I do totally agree that if you have longer fringes you can later trim them, but as these are handmade carpets the length of the fringes is always influenced by the weaver and so will vary from carpet to carpet. Good website, fats delivery. Carpet was of good quality. We realised it was not suitable for our room so we are returning it. This is no problem either, very easy to get hold of by telephone and easy to deal with. Many thanks

As this delivery was a little bit complicated, everything goes better than we thoght it would be. Delivery to foreign country, to the hotel, no delay. Kindness and efficiency of Joan Bergström. Maybe we would give up travelling to another country to collect a carpet if she wasn't so helpful. And the carpet is just what we were looking for. Thank you!

Anything you intend to use in your home is an emotional purchase. With items like furnishings it is very difficult to buy without having actually seen and touched them. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised at how well my carpets matched expectations and looked very much the way they were pictured. Also appreciated the personal call from CarpetVista as a 'new customer' - made me feel even more confident about doing business. Overall, very good experience.
