The site is well done. I did call the customer service once for clarification on the delivery expenses. The lady who answered was very nice and helpful. I did call a second time after the order was placed, mainly because of the calls my aunt was receiving (as explained above), i just wanted to check if all was in order. The Lady who took my call was just speaking Swedish. At my question: "sorry, do you speak english?" She kept talking in Swedish:-(! The day after I got an email saying that the carpets where on the way to be delivered so I didn't worry any longer.

The shopping experience is very good, but I am considering to send the carpet back, not because the quality is defective, but because the effect in the room where I placed it does not fully meet my expectations.

5+ for the rug and the delivery. As I explained above, there were problems with payment - hence the 4. Hope things are resolved about this before I buy again - though the young man on the end of the 'phone was very good.
