I think that the service is professional, honest and efficient. I ordered a carpet but was not well in my decor. The carpet was what was in the picture, with quality and without negative surprises. I returned and was refunded without problem. Excellent service. I'll keep client.

First of all thank you for sending me my order. Your service is excellent and rapid.

Even so, I don't know if you have the possibility to influence the delivery companies in Luxembourg, since we have great difficulties in making appointments with them. They deliver only during the day when people are working and are not willing to make appointments with customers. The same happened with this particular delivery order - I had it almost sent back because of this problem. I would definitely order more products from you if the delivery process (part of the shopping experience) wouldn't be so stressful and difficult to arrange with delivery companies. Many people here share this opinion with me.
