Easy to use website, large diversity of choice, some good prices for quality. Excellent fast delivery service (we took the one day). To be improved: Careful packaging, better protect carpets. One got damaged.

Of course it can happen that during transport something can happen, but I assure you that this is a 1 in a 1000 occurrence. I have just received, in France, the two rugs I ordered earlier this week. They were perfectly packaged and now I have laid them I am thrilled with the quality and, more especially, the exact colour match to the pictures on the website.
Although I have not spent a lot of money, at all times I felt a highly-valued customer. The personal service, attention to detail and intelligent correspondence was outstanding. I have already recommended this company to all my frieds and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered rugs off CarpetVista as another on-line retailer was messing me about. I required rugs to be delivered within 3 working days. I had not purchased off CarpetVista before but will definitely do so again. I was delighted to take delivery within my timescales and am very happy with the quality of the rugs and the customer service, which was excellent.

My second purchase from this great carpet company.
As before, this wool rug is superb, exactly matching the description, and was delivered within the time stated. Packaged in strong heavy duty plastic this time, rather than the cardboard box of the smaller first rug, but no problems with damage in transit. This site has so many beautiful rugs to view, in all price ranges. It's important though to view them on a correctly colour-adjusted monitor, in order to judge the colours accurately. I use a large screen calibrated TV to view them, connected to my PC. A highly reccomended site, from my two personal experiences.

Every step from choosing the carpet to accepting the delivery is well though, user-friendly, exceeding the expectations. The carpets from our last order are beautiful pieces at very good prices!
