Excellent communiaction,fast shipping and great carpets(Kelims).Although one of the three kelims I bought it has steins(which I tried to clean following the instructions included in the package,nothing changed)and also it has cloudy colour along with the steins.Go ahead and buy from this amazing company.

I was slightly disappointed in this particular purchase, because I was under the impression that it would be patterned on both sides. However, I have purchased many other items from Carpet Vista, and been delighted with every one. I think I may be suffering from a Carpet Vista addiction :)

This was my first time to buy a carpet and I´m sure I´ll buy more. I have wished to own hand knotted Persian carpets for many years and thanks to CarpetVista now I have one. The only thing I would comment on, is your internet site, I had a small problem of with it, which may have been my PC, with it closing down when I was still viewing carpets which was a little boring.

Hi...

It is just that the shade /colouring is not as bright! Originally I was looking for very similar patterns, but with creamy tones mixed in, (our floors are mid oak, so would have lifted it a little).

I could see that all photos, (including close-ups) were taken with thought and care, and so I repeated using that feature, (re-checking colours) before ordering, and even after ordering. However, in the end, it doesn't guarantee anything in respect to the shades /tones.

I think it is always best to be actually there, looking at them and /or having a system whereby miniature samples can be posted for a small fee if someone is seriously interested in a particular rug. Another good option would be to be able to post a strand of thread of every colour that is used in mat that a client is very interested in; similar to how we can buy small samples of paint to check against existing décor before making the larger purchase.

The colouring of the runner rugs is still darker than what they looked like online; it is mainly the beige-type colouring in the rugs which seems to look lighter online, yet much duller in reality.

This does not take away the overall quality of the items and my overall experience with CarpetVista.

Just a little disappointed that the beige-tone in the mats look lighter when viewing on the Web site!
