Very straightforward transaction and I was delighted that there was no hidden extras eg. postage costs were included in the price. When I ordered a rug from you last year my card payment would'nt go through online and on phoning your firm a very pleasant lady helped me through the process. Well done both times.

I wish I had bought larger carpets in the same style. Quality is wonderful but the size was too small. My own fault though on that one.

We were very happy with our purchase. The carpet was a little darker than we expected but still looks very good in situ. The delivery was very impressive and overall a very good service, so good we've ordered another carpet and I doubt it will be the last.
