As usual,our shopping experience with you was as perfect as it could be. Since buying our first handknotted carpet from you in February, we have proceded to fill the rest of our house with them! Unfortunately, we have now run out of rooms, so we even had to buy one for our cats, in front of the cat-flap!

The delivery problem was horrendous and unexpected and left a negative impression. Too bad as your carpets are excellent!

We have already forwarded the matter to the highest ranked contact person we have at our FedEx office and have stressed that the necessary action should be taken to ensure that such a scenario is avoided in the future. The driver is supposed to deliver to the designated address and this is simply unacceptable, it is physically impossible to move such a large pallet on your own and this is far from the service we strive to offer our customers.
