Dear CarpetVista, This is my second carpet from you, first one (named Swallow) I absolutelly don't have what to reproach. I have it for ca one year is absolutelly amazing, I realy love it...! It´s velvety and is pleasure to walk on it ... It was delivered to Switzerland - fast (I think by UPS) and it was impeccable. Second one patchwork, I like also, but delivering was much slower (to Slovakia by FedEx) and I expected gentler knotting (It is little bit rude but it's maybe of the distance, without distance carpet doesn't excel so well, anyway is really nice and I like it too. I will get accustom to it .. :) and it reminds me my grandmother and that's why I ordered it. I have one relatively weighty question please our carpet was rolled out 3 times (it´s still not placed to right place, and today I found weakening, incorret place in the top of stitching. Maybe in needlework around could be firstly bordering covered with textile or like in carpets something like mashup KYMO carpets ... (yours are more personal one, not just empty design ) and than stitched that cutted border could be more reinforced also underneath is a bit strange designed in rolling is top layer always moving what could be a reason of this problem. Anyway whenewer I had any question, problem with ordering and etc. I really have to say for me it was excellent approaching, what I really appreaciate it, and that is that what is the difference of access of merchandising. I am sending picture of weakening, incorret place in detail, could you help me what to do with it please? Best wishes, regards ... Ruzinsky
