This has to be the best by far on-line shopping experience I've ever had. The Customer Relations department is staffed by helpful, friendly people, who reply promptly to any queries (and actually answer the questions), and the delivery was so rapid the parcel arrived here three days before its estimated arrival date and only 36 hours after it left the warehouse. The rugs I bought are exactly what I was looking for and I am absolutely delighted with them, and I'm more than delighted with the entire shopping experience. What a joy, and how rare! I'm telling all my friends about you.

Absolutely nothing to improve on. The carpet is fabulous - exactly as it looked and was described on your website. The delivery was highly efficient - I ordered online at 10pm on Tuesday and it was delivered at 9.10am on Thursday. This is the best online service I have ever experienced - I will certainly be using you again - thank you!!

I love my rug! The only thing I would say is that it has a defect which was not shown or stated in the description. But otherwise it's an amazing rug! Fast delivery too.
