Hello! I live in Bulgaria and my grandmother has made a lot of traditional oriental hand made fleecy rugs that can be used for bed covers and also for carpets. Do you have an interest to buy some/all of them? We can upload pictures.

When I was looking for these carpet for the first time the shipping for Slovenia for was free. I've reserved the carpet and the next day shiping was 17 euros. The day after (when I already made a purchase) the shiping for Slovenia was again free. Sorry, but very unfair.

Reply from CarpetVista : Dear Ingrid, The shipping costs is determined and based on your order value. For shipping to Slovenia if you have an order below €167 then you pa7 €17 for the shipping. When you place the carpet in your cart it is not considered as a reservation and the order is not completed. The shipping costs are added when your order is complete and you have entered the destination address for your package. Your website offers extraordinary choice and I am so pleased you have special reduced offers. My only frustration is that the 'Sold' items stay for long periods on the website as they confuse the shopping experience.

The sold items are left on the website so that the customers are able to view and see the carpets and then only removed once the customer has received the carpet. Dear CarpetVista,
I am very impressed with the overall service I received from you. Your web site is one of the most user friendly I've ever used. It is clear and obvious that you attempt to give on-line as good a description as possible of the carpets. You answered the phones promptly when I telephoned with a query and you were able to hold delivery of my carpet for a date more suitable for me. The carpet was delivered promptly and was just what I wanted. I shall certainly use your service again when I am looking for more carpets . It is just unfortunate that I don't have more floor area to cover. Still... In brief I couldn't be better pleased with the carpet or the service I received from you. Many thanks and it's a pity this sort of service is sadly all too rare.
