Two carpets ordered on Wednesday evening arrived the following Monday morning. The order and the carpets route via Paris to Bavaria could be traced hour by hour online - how much more exciting can you make a carpet purchase? Well, CarpetVista can: starting with a unique, informative, customer friendly website website in 17 languages and corresponding currencies, the extremely competent & helpful customer telephone support, the constant order information via email and last but not least, the quality and price of the received carpets certainly surpassed my expectations.

Despite a small kerfuffel with MasterCard of Germany - “carpets” and “Sweden” flag-up red lights on Panic Station-1 - I would recommend CarpetVista without hesitation and certainly will return to the CarpetVista website to make further purchases in the future. Well done and my thanks to all involved with my order.

Delightful. If I had a bigger flat I'd collect carpets - and you would be my first contact. Scrolling through your web site is like visiting an exotic picture gallery.
PS: A final thought for you as a company: you seem to have a gap in your product range - small, genuine, colourful prayer rugs, intended specifically as wall decorations seem to be missing... that's why I bought the kelim in the first place.

I was amazed by the whole experience, I put my order in at the weekend, monday morning a lovely polite lady phoned twice (as I was out of the office the first time) to explain that the rugs were a different size than advertised and if that was OK they would be dispatched later that day. On wednesday they arrived!!! I AM IN SHOCK. You have been in contact with me at every stage of my perchase,the rugs arrived earlier than expected and there is no way I could have imagined how beautiful my rugs would be. All in all this has been a refreshing experience and I will certainly be spreading the word about CARPETVISTA Many, Many thanks Sue Ingoe

VERY EXACT, THE SITE IS WELL MADE AND FUNCTIONAL, EXCEPT FOR THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE IMAGES ... BUT OVERALL IS BETER THEN MOST SHOPING SITES !
