Wonderful product.. The second I have bought from Carpetvista. Superb quality. Great service, fast and efficient delivery (considering that it has travelled half way across Europe!). Provided with full visibility of status of order at all times. Even the delivery guys were great. No hesitation in recommending. If only all internet purchases/deliveries could be the same!

I was surprised to get a reminder for payment while I ordered the carpet on Friday, then there was Whitsun (Sunday and Monday) so your 5 days for payment are OK but please consider public holidays before sending a reminder.

I was very sceptical about ordering a carpet online, but am very pleased to report that I have been very pleased with the process and the quality of the carpet. The carpet arrived 2 days before the expected date, the quality is brilliant and the resemblence to the picture on the web to the actual product is spot on.
