We spent a lot of time researching before we chose 3 runners from your website. We were anxious that the actual carpets would not be as good as they were claimed to be, and were very pleased that this was not the case. Vegyes érzéseim vannak, több szőnyeg van, amit rendeltem, ebből 1 nagyon gyönyörű, olyan, amilyet vártam, 1 meg olyan, mintha nagyon poros-koszos lenne, annyira nem stimmel a színe a neten lévővel.
A kiszolgálás a carpet vistánál nagyon figyelmes!
Viszont összehajtogatva és úgy feltekerve szállítják, ami igencsak rondán meglátszik a szőnyegen - remélem ez idővel kisimul!
A UPS meg nem gondolt arra, hogy ha nagy méretű súlyos terméket szállít, akkor nekik kéne 2 embert biztosítani, hogy el tudják juttatni a lakásba a szőnyeget...mert szegény szállítósrác itt tipródott, hogy hogy fogja felhozni a lakásig a szőnyegeket egyedül, mert én nőként pici babával nem tudok segíteni a cipekedésben - és úgy érzem, ez nem is az én dolgom.

Reply from CarpetVista : Dear Katalin, Thank you for your comments. The folds on the carpet should disappear with use of the carpet. We are sorry to learn that you had to carry the carpets. UPS is supposed to deliver the carpets right to your door step. We will take this matter up wtih UPS and investigate why the carpets were not delivered to your doorstep. We have also sent you an email regarding return of the carpets. CarpetVista Support.

Scandinavian service is always the best. I used to live in Denmark, and I miss so much your business standards. Nothing easy to find here in Italy.

The colours in pictures on your website is not the same like really is on the carpet.
For this reason our family decided to return the carpet back.

Good price, fast delivery and a beautiful carpet. My only complain is the presence of particular imperfections (in form of some kind of burn) and some discoloration in fringes.

This was the best experience with online shop ever. Pictures are very detailed allowing to inspect the quality of the rug. The delivery was quick and I was informed of every step during the entire purchase. I will be back for more!
