Couldn't be better. Customer service lady that took my phonecall was extremely courteous and helpful, purchased the carpet in a few minutes and had it delivered the next day. Carpet looks amazing.

How can I purchase a carpet, if it has the sign of 'Reserve'?

Reply from CarpetVista : Hi Jennifer, If a carpet is marked as reserved, it means that that someone has it in their cart and intends to purchase the carpet. If they do not buy the carpet, it will be available for purchase again. When the carpet is bought, then it is marked as sold. CarpetVista Support.

When you refer to the "Age: Contemporary 0-20 years (not used)" of a carpet, what do you mean?

Reply from CarpetVista : Thank you for your post. When a carpet is classified as Contemporary 0-20 years it means that the carpet is completely new and had not been used. The reason we have the range of 0-20 years is because it is difficult especially with handmade carpet to pinpoint an exact age since some of them take a long time to weave. I have bought before from CarpetVista and was happy that time. The only issue I have is the colour being much darker than expected.

The colours of carpets can be perceived differently depending on the angle you view it from, and even the amount of light that maybe present in a room will determine how the colours are displayed. You do have 30 days purchase on approval and if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always return it to us.
