Delivery was fast! Carpets were clean and in VERY good condition. CarpetVista told about the fails of our carpet, but I think that the problem was very minor. So I think, that the carpets were very cheap! Thank you for honest business!

Excellent choice of carpet types, sizes and styles. This is my second purchase and both times I was pleased with the colour reproduction and other aspects of the carpet description. Service excellent, carpet arrived exactly on time and the delivery was easily trackable.

Amazing choice, very thoughtfully constructed and informative website with (most importantly) extremely accurate colour representation, and reasonable prices. Emailed questions were promtly and thoroughly answered, and the whole order confirmation and delivery process was superbly efficient. We were very apprehensive about buying such costly items on-line and unseen, but we should not have worried. The colour is more of a blue than a black, but "regional variations" were expected. The size is perfect, the quality good and the service outstanding. (Very fast response to my email query and follow up call.)

Thank you very much for making my day! The rugs arrived in 3 business days - unbeatable. They are splendid (I did expect that the colours would vary due to lighting and computer colour palette but it is very close.
