It is dangerously easy to shop at carpetvista... Articles are presented in a very attractive and complete manner, and bargains/second choice offers are always interesting. Almost no more room for carpets "chez moi"... I will have to start layering them...

The possibility to follow the entire delivery process on-line, step by step and in real time is particularly attractive.

The whole bying procedure worked smoothly, but nevertheless I would like to return the mahal carpet. What do I have to do?

Reply from CarpetVista : Hello Ioannis, We are happy to hear that you are pleased with your shopping experience even if you wish to return the Mahal carpet. It is important that the carpets you order fit in so in order to return the carpet we will send you all the necessary information and shipping documents needed by post. When you receive them you simply get in touch with UPS and let them know when it is suitable for you for them to come and pick up the carpet. Once the carpet is returned to our warehouse we will get in touch with you and proceed to reimburse you your money. We would also be happy to help you find another carpet that would hopefully fit in better and if you have any carpets in mind feel free to get in touch with us so we can answer any questions you might have!
