Last spring I was experimenting with crocheted surfaces while being an exchange student in South Korea; I got inspired by the traditional granny squares.

Beautiful carpets, rapid delivery
This company sells a huge selection of beautiful carpets at various price points. I was able to find a lovely carpet that matches the style of my living room, and moreover is sturdy, easy to maintain and washable.
