"NightRain" is an abstract work inspired by nighttime city rain, whose raindrops are colourfully painted with the reflection of neon lights. I kept the colours bright and fun, but chose darker colours in the background to maintain balance and bring the raindrops into prominence.

About Sae Shigeto

Sae Shigeto is a Canadian illustrator and product designer. She received her Bachelor of Design from the University of Alberta, where she majored in Industrial Design. Her primary focus as a freelance designer is on illustrations and product design.
