My queries were promptly answered. Delivery was very efficient and overall I'm happy with the purchase because the carpet is what I had in mind. I am a bit disappointed about some minor damage that I found in the carpet as I was not informed about it.

Very good and without problems. Good clear website, easy to navigate. Good description and photographic detail of carpets. Colour of real carpet slightly darker than expected based on the image seen on screen.

I have learned so much about carpets, Qashqai people, and their culture as a result of your website, that I have to say the experience was great and enriching. Perhaps there is a risk to choosing too quickly, before absorbing the whole range of possibilities, and understanding own preferences. We have changed our mind several times, but at the end we a picked carpet that we love, even though it was quite a bit more expensive than we initially had in mind. I wish we had more rooms so that we could keep buying.
