The shopping experience is fine and this is the second carpet we have bought off you, but we will not buy another if you do not do something about this one. I have an Australian visitor coming on Monday and this carpet was bought in especially to brighten up the spare bedroom. I have to leave it in place even though the holes are noticeable. I will send you an email with photos .
