I'm very impressed with the service - helpful and charming back-up on the phone when I had a query and prompt delivery. The rug looks fine - it's probably slightly more beige in shade than we had thought, though it's hard to be certain of that online. We would definitely use CarpetVista again.

Whilst the carpet is nice I am a bit disappointed because it does not look like the one in the picture and it is slighty different in pattern.

Charming woman on phone checked my order was genuine before despatch: impressive.
I shall definitely contemplate using CarpetVista again, but will be more careful to assess carpet based on magnified pictures, rather than a small picture.

An excellent shopping experience! The website was clear and easy to use, and, having found a carpet we liked, it was very easy to order. Three days later, the carpet arrived. How do I know the value of an antique Keshan carpet (from around 1920-40), which my father inherited from his mother in 1970 ? In the middle is also a medallion of a castle with trees, water and birds;extra valuable?
