Extremely good from start to finish.Very efficient and very quick delivery with goods accurately described. The inclusion of pictures on the order on the web site and with the delivery is a very good idea so that you are confident you have ordered and received the correct items, also the tracking was very imformative. Regarding payment - when paying using cards - is it possible to split the transactions because on some cards i got maximum amount per transaction at some moments and the amount is too high?

Hi, I'm looking for a real soft, smooth to the touch carpet, which kind of wool should I look at? Any recomendation? Thanks!

Reply from CarpetVista : Dear Cristina! If you want a really smooth carpet you should look for Pakistan carpet, preferably 3Ply and 2Ply. They are made of soft New Zeeland wool and very soft. You can also look for carpets made of cork wool, from the neck of the sheep but this kind of wool are often found in more expensive carpets.
